Tuition Refund Policy 

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair refund policy for our students’ school fees. Please take note of the following refund policy:

1. Refund Period: Tuition are refundable before 2nd class day of the academic term.  For example, if school open at 8/13 (1st class day), then tuition are refundable until 8/20 (2nd class day). The last day to request refund is 8/19 which is one day before 2nd class day.

2. Refund Amount: During the refund period, eligible students will receive a full refund of their paid school fees.

3. Refund Request Procedure: To initiate a refund, please submit a written refund request to the school’s administration office within the two-week period. The request should include your full name, student ID, contact details, and the reason for the refund.

4. Verification and Processing: The school administration will review the refund request and the provided information. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the request.

5. Documentation: Students must provide valid supporting documentation, if applicable, to substantiate their refund request. This could include medical records, legal documentation, or other relevant evidence.

6. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as registration fees, admission fees, and non-tuition-related fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Transfer of Fees: Refunds will be issued to the original payer in the same form of payment that was used for the initial payment. Refunds cannot be transferred to another student or account.
